By attending a Long Rest event, you acknowledge that this is a hosted group experience designed to be enjoyable, relaxed, and social.

We take reasonable care to provide a safe and well-organised environment for all guests. However, by participating in the event, you understand and accept that attendance is at your own discretion and involves a degree of personal responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

• Any personal injury sustained during the event, except where caused by our negligence

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Issues arising from circumstances outside of our control

Guests are expected to:

• Act responsibly and respectfully toward others

• Follow any guidance provided by hosts or venue staff

• Take reasonable care of their own safety and wellbeing throughout the experience

We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others, without refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Sometimes life rolls a 1 and you need to change your plans.

If you need to cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event you will be issued a full refund.

If it is within 14 days of the event you will receive a refund for 70% of your booking cost.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.
