BOOKING & TICKETS
All bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Prices are listed in GBP.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 before the event.
After this point, tickets are refundable for 50% of the tickets cost.

EVENT CHANGES
Minor changes to the schedule and activities may be required. If the event is cancelled by us a full refund will be issued.

ATTENDEE CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward others and the venue. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience, without refund.

HEALTH & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance. While we do our best to accommodate we cannot guarantee we can meet all needs or provide an allergen-free environment.

LIABILITY
By attending, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

 PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be included.

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for changes or disruptions caused by circumstances outside of our control.
