We believe that tabletop gaming is at its best when it brings people together: sharing stories, laughing around the table and creating unforgettable moments.
Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or completely new to tabletop roleplaying games, our weekends are built to be inclusive and memorable. With a GM that is focused on character-driven adventures and running relaxed group experiences in spaces where everyone feels comfortable getting involved at their own pace.
From epic boss battles to chilled out fireside chats, our retreats are about more than just the game they’re about the experience of adventuring together.

Parking is a short walk away from the vintage wagons down a path on grassy hill. It is not particularly steep or difficult, but is not a smooth paved pathway. Your luggage will be brought down to the site for you by quadbike.
The beautifully converted wagons are filled with character. Each is fitted with a double bed and space to relax. There are no plugs or charging points at the wagon. Please be aware there are several steep steps to enter each wagon.
There is an covered outdoor compositing toilet and covered shower area within a minutes walk of the wagons.
There are additional indoor toilets in the nearby support building. This also houses an indoor table and games area in case of bad weather, and additional toilet facilities. This building also has charging points for your devices.

If you or somebody you want to bring along doesn’t want to roll dice and join in on the D&D adventure, but still wants to come and relax in the beautiful converted glamping wagon in the gorgeous Devon countryside they are more than welcome!
You can hang out and watch the game, or explore one of the local sites, such as Saunton Sands beach, the Quince Honey Farm or discover the Brightley Barton Ironage Hillfort.
All food is included for NPC players and we hope they join us around the table to tell us of their adventures.

If you are new to D&D and eager to learn how to play, our experienced GM has helped dozens of new players get comfortable with the game.
One of the benefits of Dungeons and Dragons is that it is (relatively) rules light, and is as much about collective storytelling and imagination as it is about rolling dice and checking sheets.
Your level of experience will be fully taken into account as you play the game.

The weather doesn't always roll a 20 when you want it to, so we'd advise looking closer to the time to see what is the best kind of clothes to prepare.
We are hoping for some beautiful clear nights and warm days to play around the table and relax by the campfire, but in case of bad weather there is a comfortable indoor area where we can play and relax and eat.
Light summer clothes will be best for the days playing around the table. It might be advisable to bring a cap or light headwear if the sun is strong. Layers like a jumper or a light jacket might be recommended for evenings by the fire.
The area around the wagons is mostly grass and dirt trails, so we'd advise comfortable sturdy footwear.
